This Code of Conduct applies to all persons certified by Advisera Expert Solutions Ltd (“Advisera”).
By accepting an Advisera certificate, the certified person agrees to follow this Code of Conduct. The certificate remains the property of Advisera.
The certified person must:
- follow all certification requirements that apply to their certification;
- make claims about their certification only for the scope that has been granted;
- not use the certification in a way that could damage Advisera’s reputation;
- not make false, misleading, or unauthorized statements about the certification;
- not use the certificate or certification mark in a false, misleading, or unauthorized way;
- inform Advisera without delay if anything happens that could affect their ability to continue meeting the certification requirements;
- if the certification is suspended, stop promoting or claiming the certification while the suspension is in effect; and
- if the certification is withdrawn, stop all claims and references to the certification and stop using or return the certificate as instructed by Advisera.
Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in corrective action, suspension, reduction of the certification scope, or withdrawal of the certification.
